Lead LS Consultant – LS Central & D365 Business Central

A Microsoft Partner is seeking a highly experienced Lead LS Consultant to deliver LS Central implementations across the UK and Europe. This is a remote‑first role with occasional paid travel to client sites, ideal for someone with a proven track record in end‑to‑end LS Retail/LS Central projects.
The Role
- Deliver full LS Central implementations across multiple clients
- Own the full project lifecycle
- Requirements gathering, stakeholder management
- Gap analysis, functional design, system setup and configuration
- UAT, go‑live support, and end‑user training
- Act as lead functional expert on all LS Retail modules
- Collaborate with internal technical teams and external client stakeholders
- Support integration between LS Central and D365 Business Central
Experience Required
- 5 years’ hands‑on experience with LS Retail / LS Central
- Strong knowledge of LS modules including Replacements, Events, Bookings, Ticketing
- Experience integrating LS Central with Dynamics NAV / D365 BC
- Exposure to tools like Tasklet, Continia, Power BI, Jet Reports
- Broader experience across D365 Business Central modules
- Familiarity with retail, hospitality, or omnichannel environments
