We’re bringing that spirit of quality and innovation to software: a putting simulator for iPhone that pairs with our ‘AirBreak’ putting platform, using on-device machine learning to turn putting practice into interactive game modes and skills challenges.What you’ll do:Lead development of our iOS putting simulator app – evolve a working MVP that already detects the playing surface, balls and putts into a stable, production-ready app.Refine computer vision - real-time object detection and tracking using Core ML / Vision (or similar frameworks such as OpenCV or PyTorch).Balance accuracy and performance - deliver fast, thermally efficient gameplay on iPhone.Collaborate directly with our CEO (a former developer) and Chief Product Officer, to make key architectural decisions.Own the codebase – build on our MVP or start from scratch to create well-structured and maintainable code.What you’ll bring:Strong track record of shipping iOS apps in Swift using native frameworks.Experience integrating and optimising on-device machine-learning or computer-vision models.Engineer for accuracy and responsiveness - balancing performance and thermal limits while keeping the codebase simple to test and extend.Able to explain decisions and trade-offs clearly to non-technical colleagues.We’re a small, ambitious team that values flexibility and craft.
