About You
We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with expertise in Asset & Wealth Management, to lead the modernisation of legacy platforms such as portfolio management, order management, and core banking systems using microservices, cloud adoption, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Define technology strategies tailored to the needs of Wealth / Investment Management & Private Banking clients.
- Oversee transformation of client-facing solutions, including advisor platforms, digital onboarding, investor portals, and portfolio analytics.
- Streamline and integrate technology environments impacted by mergers, acquisitions, or expansion.
- Support modernization of data estates, including data lakes, master data management, lineage tracking, and advanced analytics for real-time insights.
- Lead architecture designs on multi-disciplinary programs, guiding teams within agile or hybrid delivery models.
- Ensure strong risk, compliance, and governance frameworks within all initiatives (e.g., MiFID II, Basel III, ESG reporting).
Your experience
- 10+ years in technology architecture, including at least 4 years in asset/wealth management, investment banking, or private banking.
- Proven leadership of transformation programs, including platform upgrades, integration initiatives, and operating model redesigns.
- Expert knowledge of investment platforms
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms
- API integrations, and modern data architecture.
- AI/ML applications in financial services (NLP, analytics, GenAI, conversational AI).
- Regulatory and cybersecurity requirements in financial services.
