We’re expanding our development team and looking for a Full Stack Web Developer with deep experience in modern web architecture, someone who can build scalable, performant systems and beautiful, intuitive interfaces.

Your Tech Stack
Vercel – hosting and deployment
Next.js – core web framework
TypeScript – typed, maintainable code
Clerk / WorkOS – authentication
Supabase – data persistence and real‑time
PostHog / New Relic / Ingest / DataDog – analytics and observability
ShadCN (or similar) – component‑based UI framework
Responsibilities
Design and build scalable, maintainable web applications and PWAs using the above stack
Collaborate with designers and strategists to deliver high‑quality, user‑centric experiences
Implement secure authentication, permissions, and session management using Clerk or WorkOS
Design and optimise database schemas and queries within Supabase
Set up and interpret analytics and monitoring tools (PostHog, New Relic, etc.)
Manage hosting, CI/CD, and performance on Vercel
Write clean, reusable, and well‑documented code following TypeScript and React best practices
Participate in code reviews, stand‑ups, and sprint planning within a cross‑functional team
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of full‑stack web development experience
Strong knowledge of Next.js, TypeScript, and React ecosystem
Experience building and deploying PWAs or complex web systems
Familiarity with authentication platforms like Clerk or WorkOS
Experience integrating Supabase or other modern BaaS solutions
Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Vercel deployment workflows
Exposure to observability tools (PostHog, New Relic, DataDog, etc.)
A good eye for UI/UX and experience with component libraries such as ShadCN, Chakra, or MUI
Bonus points for:
Experience in digital consultancies or product teams
Familiarity with serverless architectures and edge functions
Understanding of performance optimisation, caching, and accessibility best practices
