Design, build and optimise core journeys using Node (Sails.js), Nuxt 3 (Vue) and AWS stack. Write high‑quality, testable code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Customer & Partner Collaboration
Co‑design new features and integrations with key customers and partners. Represent PlannerPal in technical discussions with customers and partners. Translate feedback into robust, scalable capabilities.

Degree in Computer Science or related education, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years’ experience designing, developing, shipping and maintaining backend applications using Node/Sails.js and frontend apps using modern JavaScript frameworks (ideally Vue/Nuxt.js) at a senior/lead level. Proven experience leading offshore engineering teams, planning, prioritising and reviewing output. Experience as a tech lead for a small team, responsible for delivery and technical decisions. Strong experience with MongoDB and AWS (Cognito, S3, SES) services. Experience designing, building and maintaining automated tests and CI pipelines. Worked in an agile set‑up with sprints, stand‑ups and retros. Experience debugging and fixing live incidents in time‑pressured situations. Strong understanding of security, performance and scalability best practices. Strong sense of ownership, attention to detail and independent teamwork ethic. Strong communication skills and confidence in technical leadership with customers. Proactive, initiates improvements and offers assistance. Comfortable using AI code development tooling. Right to work in the UK.
