This is an excellent opportunity to represent our fast-growing company as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be expected to work from home, meet with new clients online, and have regular sales performance review meetings with the Marketing Project Manager.
As a Sales Agent, you will be working closely with our Financial Suite Business Development Team, assisting its efforts through Lead Generation.
Role's Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including research, networking, and outbound prospecting
- Research and Market Awareness: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and market segments, staying informed about industry trends and competitors
- Time Management and Persistence: Efficiently manage multiple leads simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet and exceed lead generation targets. Demonstrate resilience and persistence in pursuing leads, overcoming objections, and achieving set goals
- Goal-oriented Approach: Maintain a strong focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team
- Tech-Savvy and Tools Utilization: Proficiently use CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Reply.io, HubSpot, etc., to perform outbound and inbound sales activities
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics of outbound calls, appointments set, and opportunities created
- Client Interaction and Relationship Building: Answer incoming calls and emails about sales questions. Research accounts to understand customer needs, perform effective follow-up, and create interest. Interact with prospective clients via phone and email. Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
- Collaboration and Communication: Build a strong working and communication relationship with the sales, support, and marketing teams
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management. Provide feedback to ensure continuous data integrity. Update lead and prospect interaction in HubSpot

Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in lead generation or telesales, preferably in a B2B sales environment
- Experience in outbound campaigns and/or HubSpot experience
- Knowledge of lead generation strategies
- Positive and energetic calling skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment
- Results-oriented and familiar with working with performance KPIs
- Proficiency in English is required
