About Team

You’ll be joining a team of Product Managers within our Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) group. The MEM group is responsible for driving engagement, retention, and long-term member value. Our Subscription Plans are at the heart of this, ensuring that members clearly understand and experience the full value of their Tide membership. You’ll collaborate closely with our Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, and Finance teams to create a frictionless, transparent, and engaging subscription journey that goes beyond the typical Membership experience and delivers long-term member satisfaction.

About The Role

You’re an experienced Product Manager with a broad skill set—driven, analytical, and strategic—with a customer focus and strong problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for our Membership Plans in multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we structure, package, and deliver value to our members as we scale. You’ll drive the vision for our subscription offerings, ensuring they are flexible, competitive, and aligned with member needs. You’ll work across the business with multiple stakeholders to optimise and enhance our subscription experience, including defining and refining subscription tiers, benefits, and pricing models while ensuring seamless lifecycle management—from sign-up and upgrades to renewals and cancellations.

You will:

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for global Membership Plans, delivering outstanding value and a world-class member experience.
  • Shape and scale innovative subscription experiences with a customer-first, data-driven approach to membership tiers, benefits, and pricing models.
  • Drive product discovery, development, and delivery from greenfield concepts to optimized member journeys, collaborating with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, and Finance to build a frictionless subscription lifecycle—sign-up, upgrades, retention, downgrades.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with Engineering, Design and Data to deliver measurable impact and align with OKRs and company goals.
  • Champion user experience by working with Design to build global, flexible solutions for diverse member segments, ensuring clarity and best-in-class UX across Membership areas.
  • Inspire, mentor, and develop product talent with coaching and guidance as the group scales.
  • Evangelise customer insights, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative feedback to maintain alignment with business strategy, improve retention, and drive subscription transformation across Tide.

What We Are Looking For

This role is for a strategic, hands-on product leader with a track record of delivering high-impact, data-informed subscription or membership initiatives.

  • You have 9+ years of experience, with at least 6 years in product management, leading subscription, membership, or product-led growth features throughout the full product lifecycle, especially in iterative discovery and delivery environments.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen: defining KPIs/OKRs, driving ARR-first initiatives, and using insights to prioritise and deliver business outcomes.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, able to bridge technical and commercial teams and influence senior stakeholders including legal, finance, and executive leaders.
  • Passion for user-centric, outcome-driven product development to improve retention and lifetime value, and proactively surface improvements in digital journeys and processes.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, translating complex challenges into clear plans and milestones, and adapting strategy to evolving business and market requirements.
  • Excellent communication and ability to build consensus around strategic choices.
  • Experience developing scalable, compliant, global solutions with sensitivity to local market needs and regulatory frameworks.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Flexible working options
  • Share options
  • Group Life Insurance
  • Vitality Health Insurance, with a focus on mental and physical wellbeing
  • 25 days holiday with the option to buy extra days
  • 3 days for learning and development or volunteering per year
  • A £1,000 professional L&D budget per year
  • Pension contributions
  • Access to salary sacrifice benefits
  • Brand-new office near Old Street with an all-day snacks bar
