About The Role

You will lead a small, high-impact team responsible for the systems powering product growth and supporting internal teams. You will ensure smooth user journeys on our website and checkout, and build robust analytics to track product performance. We believe in giving engineers freedom to explore and develop a diverse skill set. If you are highly motivated, enjoy learning, and want to make a real impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Own key systems: develop and maintain systems that directly impact users and revenue
• Build for scale and reliability: create solutions for a rapidly growing user base
• Champion user experience: ensure websites and apps provide a seamless experience
• Data-driven optimisation: contribute to analytics pipelines for product performance and user behaviour
• Collaborate effectively: work with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions
