Senior Recruitment Consultant @ Anson McCade | IT Recruitment Specialist – Principal Consultant, Software Solution Architect. UK-wide (hybrid / flexible). Up to £107,000 base salary + 15% bonus + car allowance – permanent.

This role is a Director-track position with scope to lead major, secure transformation programmes. Combine technical credibility with consulting authority, influence senior stakeholders, and stay close to the technology.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the design of software solutions for high-profile client programmes
• Driving architectural strategy across SC Cleared engagements (eligibility required)
• Guiding teams and mentoring consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes
• Engaging with senior client stakeholders, shaping solutions that scale

Experience required

• Strong foundation in software engineering (Java, .NET, Python or similar)
• Significant experience as a Solution Architect on software-driven projects
• Exposure to integration and enterprise architecture in complex environments
• Consulting background with evidence of leading client engagements
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance
