Lead Technical Product Manager, Digital Assets

Plexus has partnered with a major finance company, and we are looking for a highly experienced technical product manager to help build out their digital asset team. The team is currently working on a major token deposit and stablecoin transaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical product team, ensuring seamless collaboration between developers, technical teams and the product and business development teams.
• Work with directors to build digital assets and blockchain roadmaps.
• Use your experience in digital assets and blockchain to design and propose innovative products.
• Implement the roadmap with your technical teams and track progress toward milestones.
• Report back to product directors with input from technical teams to ensure a strong and viable plan.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth implementation, ongoing quality, and improvements.
• Develop effective DeFi solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Technical Product Manager or tech-heavy product manager.
• Strong experience with digital assets, crypto, blockchain and web3.
• Experience working in a regulated DeFi or blockchain environment.
• Led teams of experienced developers.
• Experience working with directors and C-level management.

• Experience in digital assets within the financial services industry.
