Job Details:

Our client is seeking a Lead or Principal Gameplay/AI Engineer to join their team for an exciting new co-op shooter game. The position offers a salary of up to €80,000 plus profit sharing and additional benefits, with remote working opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development of gameplay and AI systems for a AAA co-op shooter game
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming experiences
• Mentor and lead junior team members

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience with C++
• Experience shipping at least one AAA game
• Extensive experience with Unreal Engine
• Strong background in AI, Gameplay, UI development
• Previous leadership experience
