Our organisation is looking for a Lean Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous optimisation. You will have a strong background in business analysis and a passion for data-driven decision making.

As the Lean Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing current processes, identifying waste and inefficiencies, and developing solutions to streamline operations. You will collaborate with teams to implement lean practices, such as value stream mapping, kaizen events, and 5S, to create a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and delivering lean training programs to build capability across the organisation.

Your success in this role will depend on your ability to think critically, your strong facilitation and communication skills, and your expertise in data gathering, interpretation, and reporting.
