We're looking for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a friendly team, working remotely to support the central functions within Aspris!
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Learning and Development team, working alongside our Senior Learning and Development Coordinator. In your role you will provide coordinated and customer centered support to Aspris ensuring mandatory learning is planned, delivered and monitored to achieve the group regulatory, compliance and quality standards.
What are we looking for?

- Administration or Customer service background preferred
- Act as an escalation point for higher level/complex queries or issues.
- Provide a prompt and accurate response to Learning and Development queries (via email/ telephone) and directing non-Learning and Development queries to the relevant department or team.
- Act in a timely manner to mandatory and inspectorate (regulatory) requests to ensure service support and/ or colleague data is shared
- Enable the smooth running of the mandatory curriculum by working closely with organisational colleagues and the Learning and Development team
- Adhere to standard operating procedures for mandatory renewal planning, venue sourcing and logging records/data through the Learning Management System
- Event Coordination liaise with preferred partners to organise and schedule all mandatory and (where applicable) divisional learning events, ensuring delegate capacity is maximised, reported on and providers are updated
