About The Role
We're looking for a talented Learning Designer to lead the creation of engaging, high-quality learning content and activities for Moodle's Demonstration Sites.
In this role, you'll design experiences that not only inspire and inform but also help educators, trainers, partners, and prospective customers see the real-world value of Moodle. You'll combine learning design expertise with an understanding of how to showcase product capabilities in ways that drive adoption, engagement and customer success.
This role is open to the European region.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop best-practice, accessible eLearning experiences that highlight Moodle's capabilities
- Translate product features into outcome-focused learning experiences that engage diverse audiences
- Create storyboards, scripts, activity designs, and other assets for high-impact demonstration content
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales Enablement, and Customer teams to ensure relevance and quality
- Ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) and usability across devices, including mobile and desktop
- Apply evidence-based instructional design principles, and continually evaluate and refine content for impact
- Manage projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and quality standards in a global, agile environment
We'd love to meet you
Especially if you can tell us about your:
- Proven experience designing learning solutions within an LMS, LXP, or EdTech/SaaS organisation — ideally with Moodle LMS or Workplace
- Strong end-to-end learning design skills: needs analysis, instructional design, content development, and evaluation
- Solid understanding of digital learning principles, trends, and emerging technologies
- Experience designing inclusive, accessible courses that meet WCAG compliance
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in global, multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience teaching or training online/blended
- Proficiency with content authoring tools to create interactive, media-rich content
- Knowledge of Moodle LMS, Workplace, Moodle plugins and Certified Integration Partners. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for light customisation of course layouts
- Understanding of sector-specific learning needs (government, corporate, higher education)
