Talent Acquisition Partner @ MWB & Shakespeare Martineau We are part of the AMPA Group - Everything Talent Acquisition
This role provides integral support in the formation and implementation of the learning and development strategy across AMPA.
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager this role will work with the business, subject matter experts and People Partners to identify long-term capability requirements and create timely learning interventions to meet business requirements.
The role will deliver the L&D strategy, design and delivering innovative and engagement learning solutions and programmes that are fit for purpose.
What you will be doing:
- Work with the business to effectively evaluate capability development requirements.
- Identify and develop career/ learning pathways that align with overall business strategy to enhance performance.
- Analyse data to identify critical skills gaps and prioritise development
- Curate meaningful content that can be accessed at the point of need.
- Diagnose the root cause of capability gaps, collaborating with the business to effectively define the opportunity and identify the best solution for learning and gain stakeholder support.
- Design and deliver highly engaging and impactful activities and programmes
- that maximise learner experience.
- Creating content that develops AMPA values and behaviours to support our culture and responsible business strategy.
- Facilitate, coach and support leaders and teams to foster a learning culture across the business, advocating for great performance conversations and high performing teams.
- Work with the Early Careers manager to develop learning interventions to support Early Careers programmes, increasing retention of highly talented and skilled people.
- Capable using digital tools to design and create engaging, innovative online learning solutions that are impactful and effective for all our audiences.
- Develop a coaching and mentoring culture across the organisation
- Monitor and evaluate learning to ensure it has effectively been transferred and embedded into the workplace.
- Analyse and identify trends in data across the business, recommending learning strategies and interventions where leading indicators demonstrate an impact on overall performance
What you will need:
- Qualified to CIPD level 5 learning and development qualification.
- Demonstrates a high level of influencing and persuasion skills at all levels
- Have strong, engaging and an adaptive communication style to facilitate and influence the business leaders on the best approach to support their capability requirements
- Insight or equivalent behavioural profiling qualification – desirable but not essential.
- Significant experience and practice of diagnosis, design, delivery and measurement of learning and development initiatives
- Strong L&D background with business partnering experience, ideally gained within a complex multi-sector business, multi-site business
- Strong coaching and delivery experience.
- Previous experience of supporting talent management activities through designing and developing aligned learning and development solutions.
- Previous experience of developing and managing e-learning content desirable, but not essential.
