Instinct is partnering with a leading international education group that operates a network of high-performing schools around the world. The organisation is known for its strong academic standards, supportive culture, and focus on helping students develop both confidence and curiosity. They are currently looking to hire an experienced, contract Learning Experience Designer to support in the design and development of a number of new courses.
You’ll be joining during a pivotal and fast-paced time as they undertake a major transformation of their global learning experiences. They’re seeking experienced contractors who can confidently interpret a wide range of briefs and deliver high-quality, creative outputs that bring these initiatives to life.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of new courses as part of the organisation's global learning experiences transformation.
- Interpret briefs and deliver high-quality, creative outputs that bring initiatives to life.
Qualifications
- Experience in the education sector (highly desirable to have worked in commercial education, e.g. business schools, professional bodies).
- Full end-to-end experience as a Learning Designer; working with SMEs, scripting, storyboarding, apply learning theory, and developing content using rapid authoring tools.
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline and/or Elucidat.
