A Learning Experience Designer is a changemaker who crafts learning experiences across modalities to drive targeted shifts in behaviour, culture, and capability through unforgettable learning.

Job Responsibilities
- Design unforgettable learning solutions that reflect the Unforgettable Learning brand and human‑centred design principles, solving specific learner needs and client challenges.
- Consistently demonstrate best practices in learning (neuroscience, cognitive psychology, adult learning theory, behavioural science) aligned to Sponge’s strategy.
- Deliver client projects on time, within scope, and at high quality.
- Facilitate creative and effective workshops, tailoring the approach to client needs and content to gather the best insights.
- Flex style to meet project needs and client preferences.
- Proactively collaborate with Senior LEDs, Visual Designers, Learning Consultants, and others to develop solutions that delight clients and audiences.
- Identify ways to improve quality and/or process.
Experience
- Experience in an agency environment working with a variety of customers and industries in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting with high levels of change and ambiguity.
- Experience working in a service delivery environment.
- Ability to apply and clearly communicate learning best practices within the crafting of effective learning solutions.
- Familiarity with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Evolve, Rise) and industry‑leading LMSs.
