Reeson Education is working with a primary school in North West London seeking to recruit a number of dedicated and reliable people seeking Learning Support Assistant work from April 2026.

Key Responsibilities of a Learning Support Assistant:
Support pupils individually and in small groups, helping them to access learning across the curriculum and running your own nurture group with SEN children Flexibility and willingness to support different children as and when needed Provide targeted support for children with a range of needs
Work collaboratively with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support the school's values around anti-racism, equity and community engagement
