Legal Assistant - Conveyancing (Remote)
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Paralegals are critical to ensuring the system is always up-to-date and accurate by reviewing contracts, understanding the nuances, and validating the data within contracts.
Contract Length: 6 months
Daily Rate: £250 per day (inside IR35)
Cambridge (hybrid working – 3 days per week on-site)
Validate sales contracts loaded into Gandalf by other Paralegals.
Work with software engineers to assess data quality.
Support AI adoption across our commercial flow to speed up and optimise processes.
Experience working with and interpreting legal contracts.
~ Experience with contract processes in SAP and Docusign.
~ Familiarity with commercial contracts, including licenses, royalties, and royalty management.
