We are hiring a Legal Counsel with an Intellectual Property background to join our legal team, supporting our global publishing and digital content business. The role includes advising on commercial contracts, copyright, defamation, and privacy matters. You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes, manage external counsel, update contract templates, and deliver training on legal risk awareness. Building relationships with senior stakeholders is also key. What We’re Looking For
UK-qualified solicitor with 3-6 years’ PQE Strong experience advising on commercial contracts, IP/copyright, and data protection matters. Experience within publishing, media, or digital content industries is desirable but not essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences.
