Start Dec/Jan, fixed term contract, central London office with hybrid working.This is a great role for an experienced REF Lawyer looking to make their first move in-house.Reporting to the General Counsel, responsibilities will include:deal execution for real estate credit and equity transactionsworking closely with internal stakeholders in the legal, compliance, finance and treasury departments to manage the entire process from loan origination through to asset management.managing external counsel when requiredadvising across a broad range of legal matters, including fund formation and internal structuringQualifications5+ years PQE as a guide – experienced lawyers (ex-Counsel/Director/Partner level) also encouraged to apply.
