A major global gold producer is seeking a mid-level, French-speaking commercial or corporate lawyer to strengthen its busy legal function. This is a role with genuine breadth: you’ll negotiate and draft a wide range of contracts in French, conduct intercompany loan reviews, and work closely with finance teams to ensure group-wide alignment of terms, records and compliance.

The ideal candidate will bring solid transactional experience, ideally with exposure to finance or intercompany arrangements, and the confidence to operate within a complex international structure.
