Your Role

As a Legal Counsel, you will work closely with our legal team and support various legal functions within the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Assisting in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements
• Collaborating with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies
• Keeping abreast of legal developments in the blockchain and crypto space
• Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of in-house counsel or law firm experience
• A law degree and a strong academic record
• Qualified legal experience practising law
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Knowledge or a strong interest in blockchain technology and the crypto industry
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
