Commercial Lawyer (3–7 PQE)

A leading FTSE 100 organisation is seeking a Commercial Lawyer (3–7 PQE) to join its well‑established in‑house legal team. This newly created role offers exposure to high‑quality commercial work and significant renewables and strategic commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the organisation’s expanding renewables and commercial business on innovative and business‑critical projects
• Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts, including large‑scale and complex agreements
• Partner closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
• Contribute to a variety of wider legal matters across the business
• Works in the Midlands‑based HQ with additional regional sites
• Hybrid working – applications will be considered for 4 or 5 day working patterns
