In this hybrid position, you’ll use your technical legal prowess to find solutions that manage a variety of risks for a well-known healthcare company.

To work as a Legal Counsel in this dynamic environment, you will ideally:

• Be able to confidently engage and manage stakeholders of all levels, as this role requires a great deal of proactivity and collaboration with various teams within this company’s matrix structure.
• Be confident in your technical capabilities as a lawyer, as your work will include commercial contract drafting and reviewing, process optimisation, managing and resolving commercial disputes, ensuring compliance, and more.
• Have up to six years of post-qualification experience, with a solid foundation of legal training and the ability to utilise technical legal skills independently to make decisions whilst collaborating with others in the wider team to ensure all customers’ needs are met.
• Have a curiosity to learn, and be comfortable playing an instrumental supporting role in this team while receiving frequent feedback from various stakeholders. Your work will serve as the foundation for this team’s success!
