Are you a proactive and personable Float Legal PA who thrives on variety and enjoys working across different teams? A prestigious US law firm, based in the heart of the City, is looking for a Float Legal PA to join their growing London office.
This is a newly created role due to increased demand, joining an existing Float Legal PA to provide flexible support across all departments. If you enjoy building relationships, adapting quickly, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity!
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing multiple diaries and inboxes with precision
- Coordinating travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Processing expenses and supporting internal events
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Preparing, editing, and formatting documents
- Providing seamless cover during holidays and absences
- Anticipating needs and taking initiative to support fee earners
What They're Looking For
- A Legal PA or Float Legal PA with solid experience in a top ranked City law firm
- Someone who's self-managed, highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced setting
- A confident communicator with a friendly, approachable nature
- A team player who enjoys variety and is comfortable working across departments
