Lending & Leverage Finance lawyers – Re:link We are seeking experienced lending and leveraged finance lawyers to join Re:link’s trusted legal network. If you are passionate about advising leading financial institutions, sponsors and corporates on complex finance transactions, we offer you the opportunity to work flexibly with some of the most prominent clients in the market. Responsibilities
Syndicated and bilateral loans: Advise on multi‑jurisdictional financing arrangements for a range of borrowers and lenders. Leveraged buyouts (LBOs) and acquisition finance: Support high‑profile deals, including sponsor‑backed transactions and corporate acquisitions. Refinancing and restructuring: Work on innovative solutions for clients navigating evolving market conditions and capital structures. High‑yield, mezzanine and unitranche facilities: Advise on the full suite of debt products, from structuring to execution. Cross‑border transactions: Collaborate on complex financings that span international markets.
