A growing London-based commercial law firm is looking to appoint a Litigation Partner or Partner-Designate to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a senior lawyer who is ready to step into a leadership role, bring or build a client following, and play a key part in the future direction of the firm.

The Role

This is a strategic hire aimed at supporting the firm’s continued development. As Partner / Partner-Designate, you will:

• Lead and manage client relationships in your area of expertise.
• Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts - bringing work with you and/or building a pipeline over time.
• Play a role in shaping the firm's growth, culture, and future leadership.
• Collaborate closely with other partners to support cross-practice working.
• Deliver high-quality legal advice efficiently and commercially.

About You

• A senior lawyer (likely 8+ years PQE) with solid private practice experience.
• Strong technical skills and commercial awareness in your practice area.
• Experience developing client relationships - ideally with some following or active contacts.
• A self-starter who values flexibility, accountability, and working as part of a small, supportive team.
• Comfortable in a growing firm environment - adaptable and proactive.
