To support this expansion, the firm now seeks a Solicitor who wants to take a meaningful next step in their career.

The Role:

You will handle a broad mix of property litigation and civil/commercial disputes for private individuals, landlords and SMEs. The work is varied and commercially focused, with plenty of client interaction and autonomy from day one.

You will:

  • Manage and develop your own litigation caseload.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and maintain high client-care standards.
  • Stay current with legal developments in your specialist areas.
  • Handle correspondence, negotiations and, where appropriate, advocacy.
  • Support smooth departmental operations, including billing and supervision.
  • Contribute to business development and cross-department collaboration.

The Candidate & Benefits:

  • You will be a 3+ PQE Litigation Solicitor
  • Experience in commercial litigation, including contractual disputes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with privately paying clients.
  • Ability to prioritise, work efficiently under pressure and maintain excellent written/oral standards.
  • Commercial awareness, problem-solving ability and strong IT skills.
  • Experience with CFAs/DBAs; prior marketing or networking activity.
  • Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
