Role: Loan IQ Business Analyst
Location: Radbroke, Northampton, or Glasgow (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6 months (likely extension)

Requirements

• 5+ years recent experience as a Business Analyst working on Loan IQ (must be active user)

• Strong background in banking/lending domain

• Skilled in writing business requirements and user stories (Confluence, JIRA)

• Excellent stakeholder management, analysis, and problem-solving skills

• Must be based in the UK or willing to relocate – remote not an option

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analysis sessions with stakeholders

• Document detailed requirements and acceptance criteria

• Troubleshoot during testing phases and liaise with QA/dev teams

• Contribute to design, scripting, and test planning phases

• Own workstreams from analysis through to execution
