Locum Commercial Property Lawyer – £55 per hour – Fully Remote

Venn Group’s Legal team is pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a progressive local authority on a fully remote, three-month locum contract, with the potential for extension.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and engaging commercial property caseload while benefiting from the flexibility of remote working.

Responsibilities

• Diverse Caseload – Handle a range of commercial property matters, including licences and leases, land acquisitions and disposals, shared ownership transactions, and some residential conveyancing.
• Competitive Remuneration – Earn up to £55 per hour via Umbrella, with potential flexibility for the right candidate.
• Remote Working – Work entirely remotely while remaining fully integrated with the wider legal team.
