An excellent GP surgery in Aylesbury who score GOOD with CQC and have high QOF points, are looking for Locum Practice Nurse to join their phenomenal, diverse and multi disciplinary team on a minimum 2-3 month contract for 2-4 days per week. You will need to have all general practice nursing duties as well and specialise within diabetes and initiate insulin, MUST be able to do type 2 diabetes reviews as well as Part 1 & Part 2 reviews.
