Job Description
- Assist in the design, implementation, and optimization of infrastructure solutions, under the guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with experienced architects to contribute to infrastructure projects and initiatives
- Monitor and ensure the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components
- Learn and receive guidance from senior team members, actively seeking opportunities to grow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Assist in basic troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Follow established infrastructure standards and best practices
Essential Job Functions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles
- Basic understanding of infrastructure platforms, virtualization, and network concepts
- A strong interest in infrastructure architecture and technology
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Other Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
- Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect) a plus
- Basic scripting and automation skills using tools like PowerShell, Bash, or Python a plus
