Cybersecurity & Technical Recruitment Specialist | Driving Success Through Teamwork & Precision
Full-Time | Remote | UK-Based Only
I'm working with a fast-scaling, venture-backed startup that's hiring a Machine Learning Engineer to help build and deploy cutting-edge ML systems powering real-world products.
This is a high-impact role within a small, senior engineering team working at the edge of what’s possible in applied machine learning. If you’re excited about turning research into shipped features and want to work in a fast-moving, technically ambitious environment - this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and optimising ML models (e.g. transformers, generative models, embeddings, etc.)
- Developing production-ready ML pipelines from experimentation to deployment
- Working with large-scale datasets to improve model performance, latency, and reliability
- Collaborating with researchers and software engineers to ship intelligent, ML-powered features
- Applying the latest research to build real-world applications
What They’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in applied ML, deep learning, or related fields
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Solid understanding of model training, evaluation, and deployment workflows
- Experience deploying models into production systems (bonus: real-time inference or cloud deployment)
- Strong data processing and pipeline skills (e.g. NumPy, pandas, etc.)
Bonus Experience
- Working with large language models, diffusion models, or other generative architectures
- Background in NLP, audio, or vision ML applications
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices (e.g. Docker, MLflow, Weights & Biases)
- Experience in early-stage startups or fast-moving technical environments
Why This Role
- Join a small, senior team solving challenging ML problems with real product impact
- Fast iteration cycle — your work goes live
- Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity
- Fully remote within the UK
- Strong technical culture with minimal bureaucracy
If you’re UK-based and looking to work on meaningful ML systems at speed, I’d love to connect and share more.
