The Role
We’re hiring a Machine Learning Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI systems that automate customer workflows.
You’ll work end‑to‑end — understanding client challenges, creating "Virtual Agents" that combine ML and software, and scaling these capabilities across our platform. It’s a hands‑on, product‑facing role with real ownership and impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver Virtual Agents that automate customer processes
- Build scalable, production‑ready AI solutions across the stack (ML, MLOps, DevOps)
- Collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to drive adoption
- Contribute to Unitary’s ML platform and community, shaping our future technology
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Python and Machine Learning Engineering experience
- Curiosity for agentic AI and automation systems
- Understanding of deployment (e.g. Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLOps)
- Problem‑solver who enjoys working directly with customers
- Collaborative, proactive, and excited by startup pace
- (Bonus: prior startup or remote‑team experience, LLM familiarity, or infrastructure knowledge such as Terraform or Argo CD.)
Why Unitary
- Remote‑first team (~20 people across Europe & North America)
- Flexible hours, competitive pay, equity, and generous leave
- Annual budgets for professional growth and well‑being
- 3 off‑sites per year in London or European destinations
