We’re hiring a Management Accountant for a leading hospitality business, overseeing the financial management of a flagship contract worth nearly £20m annually. This is a client-facing role where you’ll combine commercial insight with robust financial control, helping shape both day-to-day performance and long-term growth.

THE ROLE

• Manage P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting for the contract
• Partner with operational teams to ensure accuracy, cost control, and efficiency
• Produce transparent financial reports and insights for the client
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Monitor financial risks and ensure compliance with regulations
• Oversee cash flow and debt management, resolving issues proactively
• Work with commercial teams to identify margin and growth opportunities
• Own GP calculations and review sales mix impacts and stock controls
• Provide analysis and forecasts to influence strategic decision-making
• Support contract renewals and new business modelling
• Improve financial processes, controls, and governance
• Present performance metrics and financial updates at client meetings

YOUR PROFILE

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience managing financials in a multi-site or contract-based business
• Strong client-facing skills with proven ability to build partnerships
