Management Consultant – Research Specialist (Independent Contractor, Remote)

Base pay range: $100.00/hr - $150.00/hr

This range is provided by Mercor. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Engagement details: Minimum of 10 hours per week. Fully asynchronous work around your schedule. Weekly payment via Stripe Connect. Classified as an “at-will” contractor. Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and apply analytical skills to write and review tasks for a leading AI company.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to ensure the quality and accuracy of project outputs.
• Develop strategies to improve task efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and feedback to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 3+ years full-time work experience as a management consultant
• Be based in the US preferably

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI research projects and task evaluation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently
