Identify growth opportunities, including potential new locations and expansion strategies.
# Financial Management
# Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and the profitability of each bar.
# Analyse financial reports to make informed decisions that enhance revenue and reduce costs.
Ensure all bars operate smoothly and consistently adhere to high standards of service and quality.
# Implement and monitor efficient operational procedures and policies.
Lead and motivate the management team and staff across all locations.
# Ensure ongoing training and development programs are in place for staff.
Brand Management & Marketing
# Maintain and enhance the brand's image and reputation within the industry.
# Oversee marketing and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Ensure exceptional customer service and bar experiences that align with the brand's values.
# Compliance and Risk Management
# Ensure all locations comply with local and government regulations, including health, safety, and licensing laws.
# Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential business risks.
Relationship Management
# Pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance the brand.
Report to and communicate regularly with the board of directors or ownership group/investors on business performance and strategic initiatives.
# The Managing Director's role is pivotal in steering the overall success and growth of the Bootlegger, ensuring it remains competitive and profitable in the vibrant nightlife industry.
Proven experience as a Managing Director or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry, ideally within a multi-location bar or restaurant chain that has been through a scale up.
# Strong track record of successful operational management and expansion.
# Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial plans.
