As Insulet continues to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and motivated Ethics & Compliance Manager, EMEA to support the Director, Compliance Officer, with the design and implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Programme across the EMEA region. The role involves developing policies, procedures, and training frameworks to promote integrity and ethical business conduct. The manager will work cross-functionally to operationalize the programme and ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry codes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and update policies and procedures related to Ethics and Compliance and interactions with Healthcare Professionals.
  2. Design and execute a comprehensive training framework for all employees, incorporating new modules and learning methods.
  3. Manage the Distributor Risk Monitoring Programme.
  4. Ensure legal and compliance processes are current and applicable, updating and creating as necessary.
  5. Monitor business activities involving Healthcare Professionals and employees.
  6. Identify potential risks and develop action plans to mitigate them, providing advice to prevent issues.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of the Ethics & Compliance Programme using analytics and present findings.
  8. Collaborate across departments to identify emerging risks and improve processes.
  9. Perform additional duties to support the growth of the Ethics and Compliance Programme.
