Your Key Responsibilities
Work with the Management team to define the go‑to‑market Emerging Tech consultancy service and be part of the go‑to‑market team to sell these services to our FS clients. Lead the implementation of Emerging Tech services for our clients by engaging with senior stakeholders and help them safely adopt Emerging Tech and AI technologies. Provide guidance and input into internal projects that are building Emerging Tech assets in terms of architecture and engineering best practices and where necessary to demonstrate best practices through implementation.
Skills and Attributes for Success
A natural technical leader proficient in explaining Emerging Tech to financial services clients, including non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work with senior stakeholders, collaborating to find solutions to complex technical situations. Identifying opportunities for and securing new business, including leading proposals and bid teams. A capability to direct a delivery team on all aspects of Emerging Tech and to engage with client stakeholders to oversee implementation progress.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in the software engineering industry and/or in a Technology Consulting domain. Previous experience working within financial services. Referenceable experience in leading and delivering large-scale transformation programs, achieving significant cost take-out targets, with journey & process improvement at the heart of it through use of data and AI-powered automation technology capabilities. Experience in facing off with CIO, CSO, and CDO to help them with key messaging to unlock organizational bottlenecks. Experience in leading sales cycle for target clients and transition into delivery lead role as the key senior resource on the ground for day-to-day client management. Experience in client delivery in the automation space involving a variety of technology capabilities (e.g., RPA products – Blue Prism, UI Path, Automation Anywhere; Auto ML platforms – DataRobot, Workfusion, Automation Hero; NLP solutions – Re-Infer, IBM Watson services, AWS, GCP, Azure; Document digitization – HyperScience, Kofax, Antworks, PlanetAI; Process mining & data visualization – Celonis, Pega, ProcessGold; workflow-based solutions – Xceptor, Pega, IBM BPM, Be-Informed, jBPM). Experience in delivery of intelligent solutions by mixing both on-prem product-based capabilities with cloud services. Knowledgeable about component-based & event-based architecture using messaging technologies like Kafka. Demonstrated experience and capability around data security, information security and design patterns for failure recovery. Ability to architect and QA solutions as well as monitor and manage team delivery in a fast-paced client environment. Experience in both back-office and front-office/contact-center environments. Experience managing and owning business cases in partnership with client stakeholders from ideation to delivery, stabilization and value realization phase. Proven trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in the client organization. Recognized as a true domain practitioner within EY in the space of AI Engineering, Automation and Intelligent Solutions, called upon to support the sales process. Proven people management skills and experience in leading teams.
