Corporate Team Member (Accounts & Advisory)

Are you a qualified ACA or ACCA professional looking for a role that offers more than just audit? This opportunity will see you working closely with ambitious clients, supporting them across audit, accounts, tax, and wider advisory projects.
This is a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety, client interaction, and making a real impact beyond compliance.
The Role
As a key member of the Corporate Services team, you will:
Lead on larger client assignments, including statutory audits and company accounts preparation
Prepare management accounts, cash flow forecasts, and other ad-hoc reports
Support clients through sales, acquisitions, and due diligence processes
Prepare corporation tax computations and CT600 forms
Provide advice and training on accounting systems, working closely with client finance teams
Act as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships and adding real value
Client portfolio: primarily businesses with turnovers between £2m and £100m, across a wide variety of sectors. Audit will represent around 35–40% of the role, offering a strong balance with accounts, tax, and advisory work.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
ACA or ACCA qualified, with strong technical knowledge
Experienced in audit, accounts preparation, and corporate tax work within practice
Commercially minded, with excellent client-facing skills
Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
Passionate about supporting clients and providing solutions, not just compliance
