Managing Associate – Town Planning & Environmental Group
Nottingham | £55,000–£70,000 + Benefits | Hybrid

What You’ll Do

* Lead on strategic land promotion, major applications, and planning appeals.

* Deliver development appraisals, portfolio reviews, and enforcement advice.

* Drive public consultation and stakeholder engagement.

* Oversee multi-disciplinary teams on planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments.

* Represent clients at inquiries, hearings, and written representation appeals.

* Advise on Community Infrastructure Levy mitigation and viability strategies.

About You

* Qualified Town Planner with experience in strategic land, complex applications, and appeals.

* Commercially minded and collaborative.

* Strong communicator

* Experience/desire to support junior colleagues

* Passionate about planning and business development.
