Job description

The Marketing and Communications Program Manager will develop and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategies for the client, driving new product feature launches, delivery partner experience enhancements, and partnerships with external partners. You will own the lifecycle experience from onboarding through delivery of the first block, and manage content deployment and performance metrics for one key communications channel.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of end-to-end go-to-market strategies to deliver new product features and delivery partner experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, product/tech teams, and key business partners.
• Lead enhancements to the delivery process, onboarding features, and external partnerships to integrate and improve the product.
• Manage content deployment and track performance metrics for a key communications channel.

Qualifications

• Required: Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders; data-driven decision-making skills; intermediate to advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables); cross-functional marketing and communications experience.
• Preferred: Master\'s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent; strategic marketing planning and tactical execution experience.
• Additional: experience with external partners; ability to work across teams and manage multiple priorities.
