Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Executive
Location: Hove with travel around Sussex and London required
Employment type: Full-time or part-time, permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00 (flexible for the right person in a part time role, some evening and weekend work will be required)
Salary: £25,000 FTE. We are open to shaping the role for the right person - whether you’re early in your career and looking for a full-time position, or more experienced and seeking part-time hours.

We work in schools and from our kitchen on a working farm, delivering hands‑on programmes supported by chefs, the hospitality industry, and sponsors.
Role Overview
We’re growing and looking for a proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to help tell our story, engage our community, and elevate our impact. You’ll lead on the execution of our marketing plan including print, online marketing, and social media activity across our channels. We need to showcase the magic that happens in Prept sessions, at our events, and the support from our Partners. You’ll be confident talking to teachers, sponsors, chefs and other stakeholders, plus getting involved in projects across the team. This is an exciting role for a creative storyteller who loves people and food, is full of ideas and wants to be part of a fast paced, growing, mission‑led team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Manage execution and reporting of our marketing plan alongside guidance from the Co‑Founders, Trustees and Fundraising Directors
Work closely with the wider Prept team to create ideas for campaigns, content and growth
Production of newsletters and event announcements
Liaising with press, media, and stakeholders to increase visibility
Create printed collateral (recipes, brochures, posters) via Canva
Support brand campaigns and storytelling across channels
Support event marketing, including chef events, fundraising activities and community campaigns
Support website content and updates
Social Media & Content Creation
Create high quality engaging written, image and video content for our social channels
Visit schools to capture sessions, including teacher interviews, classroom activity & impact stories
Capture and deliver content from events throughout the year, including live coverage
Visit restaurants and other industry settings to produce sponsor and partner interviews, thank‑you posts and case studies
Develop partner educational videos and chef recipe content
Manage content calendar and schedule regular posting
Provide quarterly reporting to Co‑Founders and Trustees
Maintain consistent brand voice and guidelines
CRM & Stakeholder Engagement
Manage contact records in HubSpot; maintain accurate partner, sponsor and school databases
Track engagement insights and contribute to reporting
