About The Role
As our Marketing & Communications Manager, you will shape how the world discovers, understands, and connects with Tomorrow University. You will own storytelling, campaign execution, and external communications—from launching new academic programmes to crafting high‑impact content, running multi‑channel campaigns, engaging with the press, and positioning Tomorrow University for awards and rankings. You will collaborate closely with founders, faculty, product, and sales teams to translate our mission into compelling narratives.
Your Main Tasks
- Plan, Run & Optimise Multi‑Channel Campaigns: Own end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, develop clear messaging, use data to improve performance, collaborate with Sales, Faculty, and Product.
- Create High‑Quality, Impactful Content: Produce compelling blog posts, articles, landing pages, social content, basic visual assets, and transform complex academic concepts into clear messages.
- Manage Press, Awards & Rankings: Represent brand, write press releases, identify award & ranking opportunities, build relationships with journalists.
- Strengthen & Evolve the Brand: Ensure consistent messaging across channels, support leadership with presentations, amplify presence at conferences, contribute to brand‑building initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, or product marketing in a fast‑paced environment.
- Exceptional writing skills in German and English (C1+ in both languages).
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to create basic designs (Canva, Figma).
- Proven ability to run campaigns from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
- A passion for creating meaningful stories about education, technology, sustainability, and the future of work.
- A mindset of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to collaborate across functions (Sales, Faculty, Marketing, Product).
- Comfort navigating a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with autonomy.
- Belief that education can change lives and a desire to contribute to a purpose‑driven mission.
