Responsibilities
- Hands‑on marketing director to grow brands online
- Manage at least two digital marketing channels
- Create effective copy and optimize campaigns
- Set realistic monthly goals, track results and generate reports
- Develop strategies to include tasks, timelines and quarterly metrics for job postings, candidate acquisition and marketing channel performance
- Improve on‑site user metrics and engagement to boost retention rates and returning visitors
Qualifications
- Business‑minded digital marketing expert with a hungry, go‑getter attitude
- Hands‑on team leader with deep analytics expertise
- 7+ years growing brands online with proven expertise in at least two channels (SEO, paid, social, etc.)
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns
- Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance results
- Ideation‑driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
