Just smart, simple solutions that help businesses stay ahead of risk, whilst making their day-to-day life easier.We have achieved over 100% growth for the last two years, whilst bringing on-board logos such as ASOS, Allica Bank, SkyScanner, AutoTrader etc.We are now looking for a commercially minded, data driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to help spearhead our next phase of growth! Reporting into our Head of Sales & Marketing, you’ll lead on planning and overall marketing strategy, but also roll up your sleeves to execute, whilst collaborating closely with all areas of the business – sales, product, customer success etc.If you obsess over finding growth opportunities and improving performance metrics, love making data work for you and thrive in a collaborative team environment where you can make a real impact, this role is for you!Marketing ManagerWhat you’ll be doing:Plan, project manage and report on multichannel marketing campaigns focused on acquisition and expansion – including events.Coordinate and manage key channels – Social (LinkedIn), email, paid ads, content, website, SEO etc.Optimise campaigns for lead generation, conversion and ROI.Collaborate with other business areas (Sales, CS etc) to create content that resonates with potential prospects and existing customers – case studies, customer stories.Own and manage the RiskSmart website using our CMS.Report on performance, turning insights into actionable strategiesOwn and deliver on the overall marketing strategy to support us in attracting new business opportunities and keeping our existing customers happy.What we're looking for:Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field3+ years experience in digital marketing (B2B SaaS or tech a plus)Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, churn)Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Analytics, CRM platforms, and social mediaExcellent project management, communication, and leadership skillsSelf-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to disrupt and innovateOur ValuesKeep it simple, Move at pace, We work how you work and Succeed together are what RiskSmart is built on.Our culture is one of collaboration, high energy, celebrating the wins and allowing people to shine at what they do best.Perks of being a SmartyYou get to join a fast-growing scaleup at an exciting stage of our growth journey. in a role that has plenty of room to grow.
