This role is for a Marketing Manager (Content & Social Media) based in London. The salary range is £45,000 to £50,000 per annum for a full‑time, permanent position with a flexible 4‑day per week scheme. About the Role Our client is a forward‑thinking recruitment business looking to elevate how it engages with schools, educators and wider communities. With a strong emphasis on storytelling, digital presence and audience engagement, you will help shape a confident, recognisable brand voice while contributing to growth across multiple channels and platforms. Responsibilities
Produce blogs, case studies, thought leadership and campaign‑ready content. Lead social media strategy to increase engagement and community growth. Tailor messaging to personas in collaboration with senior marketing leaders. Support multi‑channel campaigns with compelling copy and creative assets. Maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 3 years of content marketing, copywriting and social media management experience in the UK. Experience within recruitment or professional services is essential. Strong storytelling skills adaptable for varied audiences. Knowledge of SEO and content performance analytics. Passion for community engagement and emerging social trends. Collaborative mindset for working across marketing, product and campaign teams.
