Job Title: MarTech Consultant - Antavo Loyalty Cloud Specialist

Location: Remote (UK)

Duration: 6 Months Initially

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MarTech Consultant with expertise in the Antavo Loyalty Cloud platform to join our team on a full-time, embedded basis with a leading hospitality client. This role is central to the successful rollout and optimisation of a large-scale customer loyalty programme.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and strategic advisor for the loyalty platform.
• Work with internal stakeholders across marketing, technology, and operations.
• Lead platform integration, technical implementation, and ongoing performance analysis.
• Conduct audits of existing loyalty and CRM systems.
• Optimize integration between Antavo Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
• Design data flow architecture and ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Resolve technical integration issues with IT teams.
• Document current systems and propose enhancements.
• Lead technical deployment of the loyalty programme, including mechanics, tier structures, and workflows.
• Develop UAT plans, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Support marketing campaigns and loyalty operations.
• Monitor platform performance and generate reports.
• Stay updated with platform updates and MarTech best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Significant hands-on experience with Antavo Loyalty Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce CRM integration.
• Skills in API integration, data mapping, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with CDPs and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of loyalty points systems and reward mechanisms.
