This role provides direction and specialist knowledge in how Oracle Health and Oracle technologies can facilitate better information to advance health. Support customer understanding of products and applications through engaging presentations, live demonstrations, and performance benchmarks. Provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle, with a particular focus on customers across EMEA, especially within regional and national health and care systems.
Responsibilities
- Act as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical and functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Support sales development for Oracle Health’s strategic area of focus; serve as a technical resource for regionally based Sales teams.
- Focus on large or complex sales opportunities – often at regional or national level – that require creative and complex solutions.
- Develop and deliver outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations; diagnose customer needs through effective communication and dialogue.
- Advise internal and external clients on overall architectural solutions and market needs; feed market requirements into product teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 9 years of relevant work experience.
- Plus 7 years' experience directly related to the duties of the job including sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience.
- 7 years business experience with relevant computer applications or database/tools.
